Mandatory Covid-19 Testing for Teachers in Assam

The Assam Govt will make Covid-19 tests mandatory for for all teachers and employees of all educational institutions in the state from 21st Aug, 2020.

Only those who test negative will be allowed to join the school – Education minister Himanta Biswa Sharma said. However, classes will not start from September1.
