There are two main rules for the functioning of the subconscious mind. By repeating everything becomes part (habit) of the subconscious mind. Write whatever resolution you want to write in the current sentence like “I am Happy”, “I am peaceful”, “I am healthy and wealthy” etc.

Suppose you are lacking in self-confidence, then presently write that I am full of self-confidence. If you think that your memory power is weak then write- My memory power is very fast. Whatever you write or say, it has to be in PRESENT TENSE because you have no control over your PAST and you have no idea about FUTURE.
