What are the Steps Involved?

Step 1

Not only you become in reality what you think about the most, but you also attract “what you think about most.”

DO NOT think about what you do not want, do not think about things that have happened in the past, because if you only think about all the bad things that might have happened to you or the bad things that you think are going to happen to you, then you are setting a chain reaction of bad things which will be coming your way in the near future.

It is not acceptable to think things like “I do not want this to happen …” or “This will NOT happen” or “This is happening now, but it will never happen again …”. By saying these things, you will not remove bad circumstances or prevent them from happening. In any case, what you do is bring these circumstances into your life. The law of attraction determines what you think, not what you do not want to happen. Just thinking about it makes the law of attraction give it to you.

Step 2

Your feelings cause your thoughts. This is the hardest part to understand for most people. It’s incredibly hard to learn how to use it, but it’s not impossible and worth it. Just as just mentioned, this step is the most difficult to learn for people, but it is also the most important part. Applying the law of attraction to your life will not succeed if you do not know how to transform your negative feelings into positive feelings.

If you feel good emotions like excitement, happiness, love, gratitude, passion, joy, hope, and satisfaction, then your thoughts will be positive and positive things will happen to you. But if you feel bad emotions like anger, fear, resentment, depression, hatred, revenge and guilt, then your thoughts are going to be negative and negative things will happen to you as well.

If you feel those good and positive emotions and something negative happens to you, then you will be able to control your emotions and not let that negative situation that has happened affect them. No one can give you the answer of how you can control your emotions and keep them positive. You have to learn to do it for yourself because it will be different for each one.

For example: When you wake up in the morning feeling good, you start having a good day and as long as you do not let NOTHING change that feeling or mood, then you will continue to attract more positive situations, circumstances and people that preserve that happy feeling. The same thing happens if you wake up in a bad mood. If you start having a bad day and do not alter your mood, then you will only attract more situations, circumstances, and bad and unhappy people.

What you are about to read is very important, and you need to understand it fully. The way you feel is everything. It is the key to apply to the law of attraction. If you want to be healthy, you must feel that you are healthy now; not wanting to be healthy or someday to be healthy, but to feel as if you are already healthy, even if you are not. You have to keep thinking and feeling this way all the time. You have to commit to the feeling of being healthy. If you do not commit to that, then it will be a waste of time, and nothing will change.

If what you want is something tangible like a new car, then you have to feel as if you already own it. You are not an owner, but you have to feel as if you own that car. You have to keep thinking and feeling this way all the time. You have to compromise with the feeling that you already own that new car. If you do not compromise, it will be a waste of time, and you may end up wanting and hoping to have that car and never do anything about it.

Once you have realized that the way you feel is everything and begin to direct your thoughts based on how you feel, you can gradually find the place for the feeling of what you want and will manifest in your experience.

Step 3

Start talking about what you want to others and engage them in your dream, desire or need. Start talking as if what you want was already coming to you, or that was already part of your experience.

Step 4

Remember that “I am …” is a powerfully creative affirmation. Make sure that whatever follows the “I am” is really what you want in the now and is perpetuated in the future. Also, make your sentence concise and precise. Do not add to “what you want” reasons why you can not have it (for example, “I want to have a new car, but I can not afford it”). Instead, just say what you want (“I want a new car”) without using the “no,” the “but,” the “why.” Just say what you want.

Step 5

Carry out inspirational actions that align you with what you want. If you want a new job, one that satisfies you more, is more exciting and has a better salary, think about it or talk about it will not make you get it. You MUST take actions that tell the universe that you want that job. Start by actively looking for new job. Establish contacts. Talk about what you want in a job. Tell your friends and family what you are doing. Support your desire with action. The manifestation of what you want comes much more quickly and completely when your words are supported. Lean on your integrity. Do what you say you will do. Show the universe that you are a powerful creator being what you say you want to be.

Some people will think that the law of attraction is a lot of nonsense, which is a waste of time and energy. But the law of attraction is working everywhere if you understand what you are looking for. It is your choice whether or not you believe it works and if you want to apply it in your life, do not let others ruin you because you do not understand it.

Many people feel trapped in their current circumstances, but those circumstances are only their current reality. They feel trapped because they begin to have the same thoughts over and over again, and then they get the same results over and over again. What they do not know is that they can change their present circumstances if they find a way to approach that bad circumstance through a different point of view. No one can teach anyone how to do it because it will be different for each person and each situation, but it is all about not letting anyone else change your positive thoughts to negative thoughts.
